2. Description of Services & Client-Side Nature
GenStack Tools provides open web developer utilities including, but not limited to, robots.txt builders, ads.txt validators, XML sitemap generators, Bcrypt password studios, SQL DDL schema generators, and security header compilers.
All computations, formatting, and generation procedures are designed to execute client-side within your web browser. We do not store, review, or preserve your generated scripts, hashes, or domain configurations.
3. Intellectual Property & Generated Output Ownership
You retain 100% full, unrestricted ownership of all files, configurations, scripts, and code generated by you through GenStack Tools. We assert zero royalty, copyright, or licensing claims over your outputs (e.g. your custom SQL, robots.txt, or manifests).
All visual interfaces, source code, interactive widgets, logos, designs, and proprietary technical articles on genstack.tools are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the platform wholesale without written consent.
4. Technical Disclaimer & Verification Requirement
While our tools are meticulously engineered according to official specifications (IETF RFCs, W3C standards, IAB guidelines), all tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Misconfiguring web servers (such as faulty .htaccess redirects or overly restrictive robots.txt rules) can impact website availability or search engine indexing. You are solely responsible for testing and auditing all generated code in a non-production staging environment prior to live deployment.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user of the site, you agree not to:
- Engage in unauthorized automated scraping or stress-testing that degrades service availability for other engineers.
- Attempt to bypass any edge security measures, rate-limiting headers, or firewall defenses deployed by Cloudflare or Nginx.
- Use the site or its hashing/cryptography utilities for malicious activities, including credential cracking or distributing malware.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with GenStack Tools.
